Operating model design introduction

In this video, Andrew Campbell from Ashridge Business School explains what the Operating Model is. This model is a blueprint that helps managers convert strategy into operational decisions. It also enables managers to start thinking about how they are going to design and set up the operations. The Operating Model helps the heads of operations to think about the processes, the capacity they need and the supply chain processes that will be set up.
